2.1 Personal Account Data To manage your subscription and personalize the AI, we collect:

• Contact Information: Email address (required for account recovery and support).
• Demographic Data: Age, Gender, Height, and Weight (strictly used to calculate metabolic metrics like BMR and TDEE).

2.2 HealthKit Data (Apple Health) Trainify Pro integrates with Apple’s HealthKit APIs to provide automated coaching. We only read data from HealthKit with your explicit, prior permission. We request access to:

• Vitals: Sleep Analysis, Water Intake. You can revoke this access at any time in your iPhone settings.
