AGREEMENT TO TERMS These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AROS TECHNOLOGIES AS, concerning your access to and use of the Trainify Pro application.

1. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER - CRITICAL NOTICE1.1 No Medical Advice: Trainify Pro is NOT a medical device. The AI Coach provides information for educational and motivational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 1.2 Liability: You acknowledge that you voluntarily engage in physical activity and dietary changes at your own risk. AROS TECHNOLOGIES AS is not liable for any injury or health complication resulting from your use of the App.

2. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) DISCLAIMER2.1 Risk of Errors: The App uses Artificial Intelligence. You acknowledge that AI can make mistakes ("hallucinations"). The App may provide information that sounds plausible but is factually incorrect (e.g., wrong calorie counts). 2.2 Verification: You agree to independently verify critical health data provided by the AI.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS3.1 Pricing Plans: Trainify Pro offers the following subscription tiers:

• Monthly: 142,75 NOK per month.
• Annual: 951,34 NOK per year. 3.2 Free Trial: New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. 3.3 Billing: Payments are processed securely via our payment partner, Stripe (or via Apple App Store/Google Play where applicable). By adding a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees automatically. 3.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time in the app settings. If you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. 3.5 Refunds: As this is a digital service with immediate access, we generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL By purchasing a subscription to Trainify Pro, you expressly consent that the delivery of the digital content begins immediately. You acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (Angrerett) once the access has started, in accordance with the Norwegian Cancellation Act (Angrerettloven).

5. USER CONDUCT You must be at least 17 years old to use this App. You agree not to use the App to generate illegal, harmful, or sexually explicit content. We reserve the right to ban users who violate these rules.

6. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Norway. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court of Oslo (or appropriate local court), Norway.
